I know that combination sounds strange. “Disgusting” even at first glance. But I confess that I’m really looking forward to a shake that fills my stomach as a breakfast or afternoon snack. And the heat of the past few days has made me feel even better.
I made a lot of combinations. The basics are always the same. One or two fruits. It is a vegetable drink made from almonds, aromatic herbs, and vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, and spinach. It took me a while to try it out with zucchini. It’s weird, I know. But the poor zucchini has no taste at all. After all, it has the great benefit of nourishing us, helping us “fill up,” and making shakes super creamy. I know: it’s weird at first, then you get hooked. But if you doubt me, give it a try!
ingredient:
1 small peach
1/4 zucchini (remove skin if desired)
4 fresh basil leaves
4 strawberries
125ml almond vegetable drink (or milk, oat, rice, coconut vegetable drink)
preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender jar, blender, or food processor and mix until you have a homogeneous, creamy mixture. (I like it creamy, so I blend it in a Thermomix at speed 10 for 1 minute.)
Drink immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (Consume within 12 hours maximum)
take pleasure in!
