There’s nothing better than making fresh desserts using seasonal fruits and enjoying the heat and nice weather.
This recipe is incredibly simple. And before you tell me you have to prepare your own pie dough, or that if you can’t, use store-bought dough, the answer is… no! Because this buttery dough that melts in your mouth has nothing to do with the shortcrust pastries we buy in the supermarket. And in a simple recipe like this, a “shiny” dough really makes a big difference.
I sincerely hope you give it a try!
ingredient:
In bulk:
1 + 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup sugar
filling:
200g cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
Strawberries 600g~1kg
Strawberry jam or jelly
preparation:
Place the flour, sugar and butter in a food processor and pulse until crumbs form. Then place the dough in a tart pan with a removable bottom and press down well. Then place it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
After pricking the dough with a fork, place it in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
Add cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and mix well. Then pour the mixture into the tart pan and smooth the surface.
Then garnish with perfectly arranged strawberries.
Heat the jam slightly and spread it over the strawberries. Before eating, chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
