Yesterday I went to have my wisdom teeth extracted! It’s one of those things that really had to be there. It was going to become an annoyance sooner or later, but now that I was finally able to straighten that crooked smile with braces, it was time for it to go.
The procedure was quick and didn’t hurt at all. I tried everything at @clinicadelille, which I’ve been following for several years, and was asked to follow a few precautions, such as not eating hot foods, avoiding dyes that can hurt, and preferring soft, cold foods. I have used it in cold soups, ice cream, yogurt, protein puddings, purees, and smoothies.
And this shake, despite its strangeness, was very satisfying and very good.
We leave you with a recipe that will not only make a delicious breakfast or snack, but may also be helpful to those who are or will be going through the same thing!
Ingredients for 1 shake:
200ml milk or vegetable drink
1 handful of spinach
1 ripe banana
75g cauliflower florets
preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk!
