How to do it:
In a large pan, fry the onion together with the sausage. Add two liters of water, sweet potatoes, cuve, or spinach and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the sausages and put the soup in a blender. If you want, you can cut the sausage into small pieces. Return the soup and sausages to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Ready!
