Start a waste-free year. O almoço de hoje makes the last dish prepared as leftovers from the New Year’s Eve dinner, salpicão de tender. The ingredients I used are in the fridge here at home, but you can add others or substitute some. It’s very nice!

SOFT
3 lettuce leaves (usei americana)
½ carrot
1 apple
sauce
raisin
½ clove of leek garlic
½ red pepper
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
olive oil
How to do it:
Cut all the ingredients into strips, except for the raisins, which must be whole. Place them in a large bowl and add mayonnaise and a little olive oil. With the help of two forks, mix well.
