I’m like an ant in candy. I like um docinho after lunch with coffee. I don’t usually eat a lot, but I do eat a lot. I like recipes with condensed milk, with fruits, and also those that are healthier, that is, I don’t reject anything.
A while ago, watching YouTube, I found Paloma’s channel, @pavegthis amazing recipe is easy to make. It’s amazing. Great, I’m sure you’ll love it.
Here on the blog there are many other recipes for tasty sweets.
Ingredients
100 g of cashew nuts
150 g roasted and unbroken almonds
4 tablespoons demerara sugar (substituted for 2 tablespoons coconut sugar)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of water
chocolate to cover (I used 54%, but it could be 70%)

How to do it
In the processor, beat all the ingredients (minus the chocolate) until you have a homogeneous mass. Next, make the bolinhas.
Divide the chocolate into 3 parts. Microwave 2 portions (I used 150g – 100g left over and I reserved 50g)
Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Apply for 30 seconds, pull and stir. Repeat until everything is melted. Remove from the micro, and add the last portion. Blend well until smooth and homogeneous. Now just cover the bonbons.
