Christmas is almost here. My basket will be in shape over the weekend, and I hope to have it all done before Monday!
Today is still the last workshop of the year. And I’m preparing like crazy for Christmas. The list of leftovers to take home for the 24th includes turkey stuffing and dreams, which were my responsibility this year, as well as bilharaco (or belhoz, pumpkin donuts, jerimu dumplings,,,,) and balls. Snack before dinner! On the 25th of this year, for the first time, I have the right to eat chocolate, cream pie, oranges, and other things that are less traditional but part of our Christmas with baby Jesus, who was born yesterday, at my sister’s house.. .
So much to do and so little time! The last suggestion is a very simple gift to put in a basket. A hot chocolate mix for little ones that can be complemented with cute Christmas-themed cups!
And Christmas begins! Happy holidays!
Ingredients for 8 packets:
300g good quality chocolate powder
3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
8 tablespoons coconut sugar (or brown sugar, cane sugar, brown sugar…)
qb mini marshmallow
preparation:
Add chocolate powder, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well. Then divide the mixture into cellophane bags or small jars and place the marshmallows on top so they do not mix with the chocolate. Close the bag or bottle and decorate as desired.
To enjoy, place two dessert spoons of the mixture into a cup and top with hot milk or a very hot vegetable drink.
take pleasure in!
