For Benedita’s birthday party at home, I made pudding, which I rarely do because I’m not a huge fan.
This time, it’s a simple and easy pudding with condensed milk. With just a few ingredients, it always comes out great and is everyone’s favorite. It’s a classic that everyone should know how to make.
ingredient:
4 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of condensed milk
100 g sugar to taste caramel or liquid caramel
preparation:
Place the sugar in a non-stick skillet. Turn the heat to medium and melt it.
Once the caramel is ready, carefully pour it into the pudding mold and swirl it around to spread it throughout the mold. book.
Meanwhile, lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, add the condensed milk and mix well. Then add the milk and mix a little with a whisk or hand blender.
Pour the mixture into the mold and cover.
Place the pudding in a pan or pan and fill with water until it reaches half the height of the mold. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 50 minutes. To check if the pudding is cooked, stick the tip of a knife into it.
At the end of this time, remove the mold from the water and place it in the refrigerator.
Never unwrap hot pudding. Let cool completely. (Ideally, you should always leave it in the fridge overnight before unmoulding.
