
It was another calm weekend. Enjoy our garden, our home and our friends. A weekend of sitting around a table and enjoying summer in the garden.
We continue to have snacks and dinner with friends. This means everyone brings what they have from home and meets again later. There is always too much food between things. There is too much food. Inventions come out all the time.
This time we decided to share the manchego, boquerone, anchovies, and sausages we brought from Ayamonte. Because of course there are still tortillas and Spanish-inspired ones and other things. My friend Sandra brought us some passion fruit pulp she had collected from wilted passion fruits with the idea of making a dessert. But the dessert turned into delicious juice.
Approximately 1.5L of ingredients
20 passion fruit pulp
60g sugar
water
ice
Lemon Slice
preparation:
Start by straining the passion fruit flesh to remove the black seeds. Then place the pulp in a food processor cup or blender cup, add about 500 ml of water and sugar and mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Then pour it into a container, add 500-750ml water, some ice, a few lemon slices and enjoy immediately!
