I think it’s my kids’ favorite juice in the summer, and I make it a lot. Because watermelon has a lot of water, you don’t need to add more water than ice, but you can adjust it to your desired consistency.
It can also be stored in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Delicious and very cold. Add a shot of vodka to your adult cocktail!
Have a nice weekend!
Serves 2 Ingredients:
500 g watermelon pulp (preferably fresh)
ice q,b,
1 pinch of mint
lemon slice qb
preparation:
Remove seeds from watermelon and cut into cubes. Place in the bowl of a food processor or blender and add the mint. Blend well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Then pour it into a glass or pitcher with some ice, lemon slices, and a few mint leaves!
