If there’s one room in the house that never stops these days, it’s the kitchen. Breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. And various snacks. Remove the plate from the machine. Place the plate in the machine. It’s dishwashing. The plate seems to have been born dirty on all sides. My husband still jokes and says I never leave the kitchen… I hope I’m not the only one with this dilemma!
It’s also a great time to test out different recipes and suggestions, trying to be more efficient and not waste between different meals, snacks, and breakfasts!
The other day I made a delicious breakfast smoothie by mixing sliced pears, oranges, some spinach, and chia seeds.
The suggestion is to vary the fruits and vegetables you have at home so you don’t waste them, vary your diet and stay as healthy as possible.
Serves 2 Ingredients:
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1 pear
1 orange
1 tablespoon chia seeds
water QB
preparation:
Peel the pears and oranges and cut them into slices. Place the fruit along with the spinach and chia seeds in the glass of a blender and blend until a fine mixture is obtained. Then add a little water until the mixture reaches the desired consistency (150ml to 200ml water). You can win it all again.
Divide into two glasses and drink right away!
take pleasure in!
