Ingredients for 1 person:
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
150ml water or milk or vegetable drink
1 espresso coffee
gel qb
cinnamon qb
Preparation:
Add a cup of water or milk and mix well to dissolve. Add ice and coffee. I prefer to pour the coffee directly into the protein mixture.
Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and it’s ready to serve.
