
A weekend full of heat and clouds! Still, that didn’t stop us from having a BBQ on Saturday and having lunch in the garden!
On hot days like these, you need a cool drink, and at this time, drinks made with fruit, milk, and vegetable drinks are gaining fans, whether as a snack or breakfast at home. The kids love it and so do I!
Serves 2 Ingredients:
100g strawberries
150 g watermelon (excluding peel and seeds)
Almond Vegetable Drink 150ml
preparation:
Place the washed and cut strawberries into a hand blender or food processor. Add watermelon slices and vegetable drink. Blend well until you get a uniform drink.
Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves too!
